Before we arrive: If you are aware that your home is cluttered, please ensure that your home is picked up before our arrival i.e. clothes are put away, dishes are cleared from the sink, surfaces cleared from paper, toys, etc. If the home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 30 days or has excessive buildup, your quote will increase.

Once we arrive: Any work performed outside of the scope of work such as de-cluttering or organizing will be charged at our hourly rate before starting the actual service. This applies to any situation, which would prevent us from initiating the cleaning process at arrival. If you do not approve of the extra charge, then we will completely avoid the cluttered areas.

Basic Cleaning

At Dynamic Duo Cleaning, we offer every customer two distinct pricing packages for recurring service that outline different levels of cleaning. Those include our Economy “Basic cleaning” package and our Premium “Deluxe cleaning” package. If you need heavy build-up removal such as calcium, lime, and rust, choose our Deluxe cleaning package. We clearly define these services, but allow plenty of room for personalization with add-ons services. Review our checklists below to determine which one is right for you! We offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Tri-Weekly, or Monthly recurring cleaning services, and provide frequency discounts on each of them. We do not require contracts – We believe in earning your business, not forcing it.

  • Heavy Duty – If your home has a significant amount of build-up, then you need Heavy Duty cleaning. We base our estimates on of the average build-up of dirt, grime, smudges, crumbs, etc. along with the average amount of clutter in a home. If your home is beyond the average, then more time will be needed to complete the cleaning of your home. We will do a “heavier duty” cleaning in the areas listed under the cleaning package that you choose.
  • Inside Refrigerator – We will clean the inside of your refrigerator shelf-by-shelf so all food is not sitting out and turning room temp. Inside of the freezer is included, but it needs to be completely thawed before we arrive otherwise, we will skip cleaning it. Please set the freezer in the defrost mode at least 24 hours before our arrival.
  • Inside Oven – Double ovens count as 2, please select a quantity of 2 for double or more than 1 oven. Please set the self-clean feature on (if your oven has this feature) at least 24 hours before our arrival. This helps to loosen up the stuck on food in the oven, saving us time and saving you money!
  • Underneath Exhaust Hood – We will clean underneath the exhaust hood including screens. If you have a microwave above the stove, underneath is still considered an exhaust hood because it still gives you the option to removes airborne grease, combustion products, fumes, smoke, heat, and steam by turning on the “fan” option.
  • Linen Change – Please leave fresh sheets on or near the bed. We will move the old bed sheets into your laundry room or a nearby laundry basket.
  • Hand-Wash/Dry/Put Away Dishes – 1 sink-load for hand-washing/drying/putting away. If both sides of the sink are full, please count the quantity as 2 or more. Please have supplies ready for dishwashing! We will do our best by putting away your dishes. We will not load your dishes into the dishwasher because the wait time cuts into cleaning time.
  • Inside Windows (Glass Only) or Inside Windows Including Tracks – If your windows are over 36 inches wide and 60 inches high, please add the quantity as 2 or more. Depending on the weather, we may not be able to clean windows i.e. high winds, extreme humidity, freezing temperatures, etc. Please note: We do not climb any higher than a 2-step ladder. Screens must be removed before we arrive, otherwise, we will skip cleaning of the windows.
  • Inside/Outside Sliding Glass Door Including Track – If you would like a french door or double-door cleaned, this pricing would apply as well. Depending on the weather, we may not be able to clean the glass i.e. high winds, extreme humidity, freezing temperatures, etc. Please note: We do not step any higher than a 2-step ladder.
  • Inside Window Screen Cleaning – We do not remove or replace window screens. Please add a quantity of 2 or more if you need more than 10 window screens cleaned.
  • Dry-Dust Blinds – We will dry-dust your blinds that have average build-up inside of a well-maintained home. If your blinds are over 36 inches wide and 60 inches high, please add the quantity as 2 or more. Please note: We do not clean mini blinds that are made of thin plastic or aluminum. These types of blinds are very fragile and will break if we clean them.
  • Wet-Wash Blinds – Wet-Washing is best for heavier build-up and grime. If your blinds are over 36 inches wide and 60 inches high, please add the quantity as 2 or more. We are only equipped to do metal, wood, or faux blinds, no fabric. Please note: We do not clean mini blinds that are made of thin plastic or aluminum. These types of blinds are very fragile and will break if we clean them.
  • Wall Cleaning – We will start wall cleaning after everything in the cleaning package those you choose including all other extras (if any) is completed. We charge our hourly rate for wall cleaning.

How Our Pricing Works

PACKAGE CLEANING

We offer different cleaning packages to provide clear and detailed cleaning tasks covering a range of cleaning needs. Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you want, as we’ve found it is the most accurate way to estimate the amount of work involved, given average build-up and wear-and-tear.

Adding more time or services – After booking our services online, we will contact you to confirm the details of your cleaning needs to ensure that you’ve scheduled us for the right type of cleaning with the right add-ons.

We compensate our teams for the time they put into the cleaning, and we also need to ensure a reliable schedule for the teams because they usually have more than 1 house in a day to complete. Therefore, the quote you book us for DOES include a specific timeframe of work – it is not an open-ended appointment.

Our quotes make an assumption about the work involved, which translates to an assigned time frame for the cleaning. We assume average build-up of dust, grime, smudges, crumbs, etc. for classic initial “Basic” cleaning visits and more massive build-up for premium “Deluxe” initial cleanings.

On the day of service, the service professional will arrive in company attire and introduce themselves. They’ll request a walk-through of the home with you, which should only take 10 minutes. They’ll record notes about any items or areas that need special care or specific instructions from you, and will assess if the package you purchased allows them adequate time to complete the job to a satisfactory level. If they note any areas that will take more time than usual, such as a very cluttered room, a heavily soiled bathroom, or other areas that need extra time to get the job done well, they will ask for your preference – add additional services, skip the area, or just put less focus on that area. We don’t add time or charge more for the cleaning unless we have your permission.

HOURLY CLEANING

Occasionally, our cleaning packages do not fit a customer’s particular needs. This happens most often with more substantial homes (5,000 square feet or more), post-construction cleaning, and specific one-time or limited cleanings. If your cleaning needs don’t fit the scope of our cleaning checklists, contact us and ask about the hourly cleaning option!

Please refer to our package checklists and add-ons to see what kinds of cleaning tasks we can complete for you.

Once we get the details of your situation, we can provide a time range estimate for how long we think it will take a team to clean and will schedule you for the maximum estimated time. Once we arrive, we’ll do a walk-through of the home to confirm or adjust our estimate. We don’t make price or scope changes unless you agree with them.

Hourly cleaning is pricier but can be customized as you see fit.

Prices start at $150 for 3 labor hours, then $50 for every additional laborer hour. We charge in 15-minute increments rounded up and the time begins and ends upon arrival and departure.
