Please know that all of our cleaners go through reference checks and extensive background checks, including a strict interview process before recruitment. Without a doubt, you get the best and the most experienced pros. All of our service professionals wear uniforms that are well-recognized and also can be identified by the logo on their cars. As a part of the Dynamic Duo team, they take pride in their work. They also get trained and supervised regularly to stay updated.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

Kindly note that Dynamic Duo Cleaning does not refund any portion of a service fee.

  • IS MY BILLING INFORMATION KEPT SAFE & SECURE?

    We have three levels of security in place.

    • Our booking page has extended validation SSL protection.
    • Our booking form has layers of 256-bit security.
    • Credit card transactions processed by STRIPE, also has a 256-bit security protocol.

    Credit card numbers are not stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured, we take your privacy and security seriously.

  • DO THE CLEANING PROFESSIONALS GO THROUGH THE BACKGROUND CHECK?

    Every employee is interviewed in person and has to submit to a rigorous and extensive background check. We do not hire independent contractors, so every person we send with our team is employed by us and receives compensation and benefits accordingly.

  • WHAT IS YOUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY?

    Dynamic Duo Cleaning strives to provide unsurpassed excellence in all of our offered services for our clients. If you are unhappy with any service that we provided, you are required to notify us within 48 hours of service for us to address and correct the problem. Once we receive prompt notification, we will come back to examine the issue. If the problem involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the issue at no charge.

    If we do not receive notice of an issue within 48 hours of the service, or if you decide to correct the problem yourself, we will not be able to fix the problem for you, nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience.

    With purchased hourly cleaning services, we can only guarantee that a service pro will stay for the specified amount of time. We may not be able to complete all tasks if time runs short. Therefore, if the problem involves the time needed to complete the service rather than the quality of the service itself, we can only correct the problem if you purchase additional time.
