Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?
We bring all the cleaning supplies required to exceptionally clean your home with the exception of a vacuum. In order to avoid cross contamination between homes and ensure sanitary conditions, we will be using your vacuum unless you request that we bring one of ours prior to the service appointment. Green products are available upon request and must be added when purchasing service. We always try to cater to our customers, so if you prefer us to use a certain product you provide, we will.

Pricing & Policies
Can I apply a discount to an existing appointment?
You can apply a discount/gift/referral code to a future appointment by logging into your account HERE and click “Make Changes” to the appointment of your choice. Then, simply enter the code into the appropriate field and click save changes. The system will automatically apply the code to the appointment you modified. You can not apply your discount code to past appointment that is already completed.
How do gift cards work?
Gift cards can be purchased HERE and are delivered instantaneously via email.
How does the referral program work?
We love referrals ?
REFER AND SAVE $60! $30 FOR YOU AND $30 FOR THE PERSON BEING REFERRED!
Once you have an account, simply log in HERE. Look at the top right of your landing page, then locate and click “Refer Friends to Earn Rewards” OR go to directly to the referral page HERE.
On the referral page, you can copy and paste your referral link into an email to send your friends and family OR; you can merely give them your code, which will be an alphanumeric string of characters.
To redeem your rewards, enter your code during a one-time booking or log in to your account HERE and select a future recurring appointment and click “Make Changes.” Then simply scroll to the “Discount / Gift / Referral Code” section and enter your code to apply the discount.
What is a two hour window?
A 2-hour window means your time is arranged with a two-hour arrival window that allows for the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises such as the previous job taking longer than expected.
Why do you charge a flat rate price on recurring cleanings?
We charge a flat rate price per number of bedrooms rather than per hour on recurring cleanings, this means that you know explicitly what we promise to provide, and our cleaners keep working until the job is done. As our cleaner cleans to a checklist, you know precisely what is included in the price. It really is that simple!
How many cleaning pros do you send?
We typically send one cleaning pro, but it all depends on the scope of work. For more extensive jobs, we will send 2 or more cleaning pros.

Yes! We know letting someone into your home is a big deal, so we take a lot of care vetting our House Cleaners and IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technicians for safety and quality. What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?
If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away, and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?
We have three levels of security in place. First off, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by STRIPE and is layered on their own 256 bit security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured, we take security very very seriously.
Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?
Every employee is interviewed in person and has to submit to a rigorous and extensive background check. We do not hire independent contractors so every person we send out is employed by us and receives according compensation and benefits.
What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
SERVICE QUALITY GUARANTEE
Dynamic Duo Cleaning strives to provide unsurpassed excellence in all of our offered services for our clients. If you are unhappy with any service that we provided, you are required to notify us within 48 hours of service for us to address and correct the problem.
If we receive prompt notification, we will come back to examine the problem. If the problem involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the problem at no charge.
If we do not receive notice of a problem within 48 hours of the service, or if you decide to correct the problem yourself, we will not be able to fix the problem for you nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience.
If you have purchased an hourly service, we can only guarantee that a service pro will stay for the specified amount of time. We may not be able to complete all tasks if time runs short. Therefore, if the problem involves the time needed to complete the service rather than the quality of the service itself, we can only correct the problem if you purchase additional time.
