  • HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

    An account is automatically created for you when you book a service with Dynamic Duo Cleaning. You will receive a Welcome email and from there, you can create your password. You can log into your account HERE.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICES IN MY AREA?

    We service all homes and commercial buildings within a 30-mile radius of our Burnsville location.

    Our entire service area for Minnesota includes:
    Apple Valley, Bloomington, Burnsville, Carver, Chanhassen, Chaska, Cologne, Cottage Grove, Eagan, Eden Prairie, Edina, Excelsior, Farmington, Hopkins, Inver Grove Heights, Jordan, Lakeville, Mendota Heights, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, Newport, Prior Lake, Richfield, Rosemount, Roseville, Saint Louis Park, Saint Paul, Saint Paul Park, Savage, Shakopee, Vermillion, Victoria, Waconia, Wayzata, and more!

     

  • WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE FOR THE CLEANING?

    We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary so you don’t have to! Our Providers go through 2 weeks of in-depth training and know-how to use each product that we provide.

    We always try to cater to our customers’ preferences, so you do have the option to provide your own products. The container MUST have a clear description of the ingredients or come with an MSDS, aka Material Safety Data Sheet. Also, we do not warrant the use of your products at any given time or for any given reason. *Green products are available at an additional charge of $20 and upon request, while booking your service online or over the phone.

     

  • CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

    All cancellations should be requested 72 hours before the scheduled cleaning (excluding weekends and holidays). To cancel your booking, please call us at (952) 236-4357 or send us a message at info@dynamicduo.cleaning

     

  • DO YOU ALWAYS SEND THE SAME CLEANER?

    No, and here’s why.

    Imagine your cleaner calling in sick just a day before the big party or your mother-in-law’s visit. This can be a reality if you are working with an individual. However, with Dynamic Duo, we assign you a team of professionals. If a member of the team calls in sick, there is always a replacement to deliver you quality services. Each member of the team is reliable, well-insured, and well screened. Please note that all of our cleaning pros are knowledgeable professionals with complete training. That is why we ensure that every Dynamic Duo Cleaning Professional provides impeccable and consistently fabulous service.

  • DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY SERVICE?

    It’s completely up to you! If you’re not going to be home, be sure to let us know how we can access your home while you’re away. You can include home access information while booking online or over the phone.

  • HOW DO GIFT CARDS WORK?

    Gift cards can be purchased HERE and are delivered instantaneously via email.

     

  • HOW DO YOU ESTIMATE?

    We estimate based on the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you need us to perform the cleaning, what type of cleaning package you need, and how much build-up is in your home. We have a set maximum duration of cleaning time (you can view the duration in your booking details). If more time is needed, we will contact you before time is up. We charge $46.35 per hour, per Provider thereafter. Hourly Services are charged at $51.50 per hour, per Provider thereafter. You have the option to approve of extra time or cap your service. If you cap your service or if we do not hear back from you for approval of extra time, we cannot guarantee everything will be completed and to your standards in the estimated amount of time.

    If you schedule recurring services after your initial cleaning, we will estimate a flat rate price. This is convenient as this allows you to know what we promise to provide, while our cleaners keep working until the job is done. As our Providers clean using a checklist, you know what is included in the price. If we notice that most of our Providers are continuously going over the maximum duration in your home, we will notify you.

  • HOW DOES REFERRAL PROGRAM WORKS?

    We offer a cleaning you can see and feel from your ceilings to your floors! Once you book our services, we are confident you will love the look and feel of your home and want to refer your friends and family. With this Referral Program, we want to make it easy and of course, rewarding for you to do so!

    Earn $30 in Dynamic Duo Cleaning credit for every person you refer to us! Follow the simple steps to earn rewards.

    1. Refer Dynamic Duo Cleaning to a friend.
    2. Ask him to drop your name in “How did you hear about us” section while making a booking.
    3. Your friend will receive $30 off their booking once it’s complete.
    4. When your referral’s service is complete, the $30 credit will apply to your next booking.

  • HOW MANY PROVIDERS DO YOU SEND?

    Depending on the scope of the work; usually, one pro is enough for the job. However, for large homes that need “deep”, we’ll send two or more Providers.

     

  • WHAT IS A TWO-HOUR ARRIVAL WINDOW?

    A 2-hour arrival window means we will arrive within the start time of your cleaning.

    Example: We will arrive with an estimated time of arrival between 8 – 10 AM. (We will arrive anywhere between 8 and 10 AM).

    The 2 hours allows for the unpredictability of traffic, parking, and other surprises. In the rare event, your cleaner may be later than the 2-hour window, we will contact you immediately.

  • WHAT IS YOUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY?

    Dynamic Duo Cleaning strives to provide unsurpassed excellence! If you are unhappy with any service that we provided, please notify us within 48 hours of the completion of service and we’ll address and correct the problem. Once we receive prompt notification, we will come back to examine the issue. If the problem involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the issue at no charge.

    If we do not receive notice of an issue within 48 hours of the service, or if you decide to correct the problem yourself, we will not be able to fix the problem for you, nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience.

    Please note that Dynamic Duo Cleaning is the ONLY cleaning service that offers a 48-Hour guarantee!

  • CAN I TRUST MY CLEANER?

    It’s relatively challenging to trust someone in your home. At Dynamic Duo Cleaning, we vet all of our Providers. Please know that all of our Providers go through reference checks and extensive background checks, including a strict interview process before recruitment. Without a doubt, you get the best and the most experienced cleaners.

  • IS MY CREDIT CARD INFO KEPT SAFE & SECURE?

    Yes. We have 3 levels of security in place.

    1. Our booking page has extended validation SSL protection.
    2. Our booking form has layers of 256-bit security.
    3. Credit card transactions processed by STRIPE, also has a 256-bit security protocol.

    Credit card numbers are not stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured, we take your privacy and security seriously.

     

  • DO YOU BACKGROUND CHECK YOUR PROVIDERS?

    Every employee is interviewed in person and has to submit to a rigorous and extensive background check. We do not hire independent contractors, so every person we send with our team is employed by us and receives compensation and benefits accordingly.
